The location is brilliant! It's just 10 min walk from the train station. All the attractions and restaurants of Bern are within walking distance. The staff is quite attentive. The rooms are spatious, and the view from the room is good. It was quet and clean there.

There were technical problems with the TV receiver, which were not solved within 3 days of our stay there.

Thoroughly enjoyed our large and updated rooms. The staff was outstandingly accommodating. The restaurant was good with elegant food. We ordered excellent dishes. The bathroom was spacious, with a shower and dressing gowns.

This hotel merits its 5 star rating with top-notch staff, beautiful accommodations with lovely lake views and excellent location within easy walking distance of most major attractions.

The cost of the breakfast buffet is very expensive. Finding a place for a reasonably priced breakfast in the area was difficult.

The hotel was a relaxing base for my trip. I loved the place and had an excellent stay during my official visit. The breakfast was great, with fresh bread and delicious local cheeses. The hotel's proximity to the airport being only 0.5 miles away was convenient.

The customer service was exceptional, staff were friendly and polite, and went far beyond expectations to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

The price is upscale, but is commensurate with the service and luxury of the rooms.

Dont take the bteakfast buffet offered. Is nota worth it. Cross the street and you will get a better deal
